No one starts a business without making mistakes—and trust me, I made plenty during my first year!
One big mistake? Underestimating production timelines—I thought everything would run smoothly (spoiler: it didn’t). Another lesson? Wasting time and money by staying with manufacturers for too long before accepting that another country is better equipped to handle and produce what I need.
Lastly, trying to do everything myself stretched me too thin at times—I’ve since learned to delegate where possible or use tools like AI to lighten the load.
Every mistake taught me something valuable—and made me a better entrepreneur because of it.
