Where do you ship?

We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland. However, if you would wish us to ship to a different country, please contact us under info@varydclothing.com and we will be happy to find a solution for you!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over CHF 99.-. For orders below CHF 99.-, a shipping fee of CHF 4.95 applies.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days after they are processed.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Do I have to pay for returns?

As a small startup, we strive to keep costs fair for everyone. While we cover part of the return shipping costs, we ask for a small flat-rate fee of CHF 4.95 to help cover the process. This helps us continue offering quality products and fair prices.

How do I return an item?

Simply contact us at info@varydclothing.com to initiate a return. We’ll provide you with a return label and instructions.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, we start processing it quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us at info@varydclothing.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various amounts. They make a perfect gift!
