SOURCING
Both in the initial phase in Bali as also in Turkey, fabric and trims sourcing was handled locally. This avoids unnecessary CO2-emissions from shipping between supplier and manufacturing countries.
MANUFACTURING
The initial sampling and manufacturing were done in Indonesia, where our founder oversaw the process. This reduced CO2 from shipping between Indonesia and Switzerland. Producing in Turkey followed the same logic, given its proximity to our target market in Europe.
